Okc4rent.com is a locally owned company. We live and work in the OKC Metro area. Our focus is in Oklahoma. We are property owners, and currently have five rentals in the Oklahoma City area.

We created Okc4rent.com after searching for the most effective, least expensive way to advertise one of our rental properties. While the smaller local newspapers have the most cost effective print ads, we felt we were missing many potential tenants from outside of our smaller community. In order to reach the largest potential group of renters, we considered using a large local newspaper. That option was quickly found to be very expensive.

Using our locally developed website, we are providing the greatest amount of information to the largest potential group of renters at a fair and reasonable cost to the landlord. We hope Okc4rent.com is found to be helpful and cost effective for both the landlord and the tenant.
